You were disrespecting the server, telling others not to vote, etc. Our server is so popular because the owners and developers put a lot of time and effort making it great. We rely on votes to help get our name out there and I do not know of any good reason to tell people not to vote. Either way, when you were banned it stated "no appeal" which means you are not allowed to appeal this ban. This appeal is being rejected because of the reasons above, you will stay banned.
