Factions Why were you banned from this server? because according to Nick_gody I was arguing with staff when infact I was seeing just how out of control he's gotten with being admin and I have proof of his words with screenshot there was no official reason for my temp ban other than it being "my way of giving a warning" as nick stated any respectful admin knows as it's stated a verbal warning is granted followed by a kick and then temp ban/ban I've already written alex of this outrage. Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? Because unless I'm mistaken, I was not arguing I was stating an opinion that nick was abusing his powers of admin and held a poor way of properly abiding by the code, as it's also seen and true I have told people should they come across hackers as they claim many to be to acquire evidence and then to report it as all members hold the right and ability to suggest it's not against the rules of the server there was absolutely no reason for my temp ban and as it should be discussed nick is unworthy and unfit for his title.

Temp bans and mutes are among the tools staff has to deal with issues- you dont get to decide which ones they feel are best suited to which situations. 3. Arguing with staff and being disrespectful about it is a justified reason for a ban We do not get paid to be staff. We volunteer our time to help keep the server running smoothly and enforcing rules. There is often a lot going on behind the scenes you don't see. I can and do fully support Nick in wanting to stop the inevitable crying, whining and arguing in pm's before they started when we have to put our foot down about things because they have become a problem. Having someone trying to undermine that is not a good thing. I was unaware of the updated situation of glitches and the new policy of temp bans being warnings, I acted irrationally and apologise for doing so, should I be allowed to return I shall keep to my own and remain out of staff affairs and business.
