Because I wasn't harassing anyone, I was calling my friend endlessanus a faggot and such in a game with only 4 people, and when I won, some asshole I was in that game with started threatening me with reporting me. I never actually meant to insult anyone, and difinitely not homosexuals. I'd never make fun of homosexuals, they always take it the wrong way. Please disregard that joke, it's just a joke and nothing more. But I seriously don't think I should get banned for whatever it was I did, I'm a VIP for christs sake. Why would you ban me for a stupid reason like that? If I would've called him "straight" all the time no-one would have complained. I think It's very childish to ban someone for saying the word "gay". @DIRTlennart Using the word "faggot" or "n*gger" are unacceptable and are grounds for a global ban. It's not a "stupid" reason. Also, you being a VIP has absolutely no bearing at all whatsoever when it comes to breaking the rules. All ranks are treated equally. Now that that's been said, I can understand that you were just joking around. We just want you to understand that insults like that are taken very seriously and even if it wasn't directed at the person who heard it, it can still be insulting and hurtful.

He never said you said the n-word. If you read what he said carefully he was saying using those 2 words are unacceptable and are grounds for a global ban. Even if it's spelled incorrectly we know what it means and is STILL unacceptable.

While I understand that you are upset, you should really calm yourself and gain some composure before you try pleading your case. Just like in real life, you wouldn't go up to a judge and disrespect them and cuss them out demanding to win your case. We are real people and we are judging your case. Be a little more respectful if you wish to sway our opinion in your favor. I already said that I understand the situation and I was letting you off easy. But now, I'm a little on the fence after your heated reply. While you're entitled to your opinion, stating a negative opinion of our rules is somewhat insulting and it shows that you don't understand why we have those rules in place despite my explanation. Fine, fine, I was just in panic, I do play on AEM quite a bit and I got perma banned for a reason that I deemed unfair, and as any normal human being, I don't like being treated unfair. I have read and do understand your rules.
I would like to add that he had cases of abusing /nick and volkrot and myself have warned him for them. It was just really inappropriate. Also his "trolling" and "jokes" usually goes too far. I remember him having multiple warning for it before the new ban system came.
