Ban Appeal from Christian

Here is the proof that you aren't taking knockback damage, and I was able to take multiple screenshots while constnatly throwing snowballs and you were not being knocked back. Also, you were being rather rude when discussing the issue with staff, so without any reasonable assurances that you would not hack again if we allowed you back on, the decision was made to ban you. I spoke with other staff on the server at the time about this just to ensure that this was not a one-sided issue, and that I was not being unfair.

As I said before, the issue is that we need players to be honest, and you were not in your first appeal, and you still were not honest on an alt in game. Telling us that you will lie if it lets you back on the server is not sincere and while I understand that mistakes can happen, I am always sure to take screenshots for proof just in case.

Despite how uncooperative you were, I still went back and checked the screenshots just to be sure that the wrong person was not banned. Without an explanation of why you were not being knocked back, I could not allow you back on the server. Also, these screenshots are only showing a portion of what happened, and I checked tested more times other than what you see here, and yes, the proper vanish toggle effects were turned off.

As I said before, I consulted with other staff to make sure that this was not simply me banning a player without some sort of deliberation, and we were in agreement that you were found to be using a hacked client, not cooperating when asked about it, and also being rude to staff in the process, which is why this appeal is denied.

 

I left this up for a bit for a response if needed, but seeing as though none were posted, i'm going to keep the old decision and have this appeal rejected. I'm sorry if you feel that our server's staff are biased, but I hope that these screenshots prove that we are not, and that we are just doing our job.
