Evanyoshi believed I was Kyle185 trying to ban evade when I logged on as Beshirk when really it was actually me and not Kyle185. I was trying to ask Evanyoshi what had happened with Kyle and why he got banned, but as soon as I messaged Evan, he banned me. Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? I didn't deserve to get banned in the first place because it wasn't Kyle185 trying to ban evade, it was actually me, Beshirk. Please unban me, I was just trying to figure out what happened.
Also, I was on Kyle185's account when he got banned because I was talking to bmxgod through his account, so when he got banned, I switched back to my account to talk to Evanyoshi.
Our computers are in the same room. And he plays on my computer sometimes when I'm not using it. I can take pictures of you want. I have never done anything wrong on this server because it's my favorite server. I wouldn't do anything that would get me banned. You didn't even give me a chance Evan.
I will talk to other staff members about this. You have to realize that all we can look at is the IPs. What was interesting was that after I banned kyle, I looked for the other players under your IP, and no one was on. Then, about 2 minutes later, Beshirk came online.
It takes a couple minutes to switch accounts because he has his own account on my computer so I had to log out of his, log onto my account, which Kyle doesn't have the password to so he couldn't possibly get on Beshirk even if he wanted to, and then open up minecraft again.
All I have done is be truthful and honest on this server. It's the best server I've ever played. I have the most fun on it. Factions is the only thing I play. I'm not trying to cover for my brother because he wasn't on my account. I'm telling the truth. This is the first thing I've been accused of and its false. The people on this server are like another family to me. My brother can't even get on my account because it's on a different account on my computer which he has no access to. But if you truly believe that it was Kyle on my account so be it. I'll stop trying. But I am telling the truth. Thank you for everything.

Omg no. Kyle said that, then he came into my room crying and told me opifex and bmxgod were being mean to him so I got on AFTER my brother said that so I could try and figure out what happened. Then that's when his account got banned so I went back to mine to continue trying to figure out what had happened because he was crying and I didn't want anyone talking to my 9 year old brother like that. And once I saw what he got banned for he told me he said that to "scare bmxgod" and he also had told me that yoshi had know he wasn't actually going to ban him. Which is pretty evident that was false. I did not ban evade nor did my brother, and I personally did not threaten to hack anyone. Yes admittedly my brother did. But he is 9 he doesn't know how to defend himself when people are ganging up on him like he claimed that opifex and bmxgod and whoever else were. But I did not do anything wrong. I wasn't the one who did anything on his account except for trying to talk to people and figure everything out. Then THAT is when he got banned and I switched BACK to my account.
Ok @Beshirk I will give YOU another chance. Once I get home, I will unban you. BUT, if I find out that kyle was not your brother and he is just an alt of yours, perm ip ban no appeal. Understand?
