I have never said that. I said "If you want to be unbanned, do a ban appeal." Please stop falsely accusing me of saying things I did not. Let me add in this, if people were to do a ban appeal and get unbanned straight away, there would be no use for bans. Do understand that.
"do the ban appeal and ill unban you" is the same thing as "if you want to be unbanned, do the ban appeal" is i the same thing. there is not one difference in those to things. Its been 3 days. It hasnt been straight away
There IS a difference between the two.. One is a GUARANTEE you will be unbanned. The other, not so much. Keyword in the second one is "If" meaning you can be or can NOT be unbanned. We do not guarantee unbans via ban appeals. Like @zRinne said, bans would then prove useless. Ban appeals are here just like a court hearing for crimes. We are here to decide if you are coming back onto the server or not; just as a judge is to decide if a person is going to jail or not. You've so far made it out to seem like @zRinne is the bad gal here. She's not. Her actions were in cause of what you were doing. If you would have dropped the subject and weren't being disrespectful towards her, we wouldn't be here doing this. Like I stated in your last appeal, she's way more patient than I am. She had, in my personal views on the matter, the rights to global ban you for the lack of respect you were showing her for the entire process while in game. To me you act like the world revolves around you, and you want it to be whatever you say, goes. @zRinne put in a lot of work to prove to you of what she had for a reasonable ban for both Skywars and Survival. Even then you still didn't admit your mistake, nor that you learned anything from it. The way this works is we judge your attitude, responses, and how you treat this entire thing. If you seem like you understand why you were banned, and learned your lesson from this we'll be glad to let you back on. But so far it just seems that you just want back on for the sake of being back on. No lessons learned or anything. You are the ONLY person I've seen while I've been staff on AEM to actually make a staff member to do a total of 15 minutes on video on WHY you were banned.
1. i am the least person to think that the world revolves around me nor do i want it to be. 2. im completely fine with being banned on survival because i dont remember that (i might have griefed i really dont remember) 3.you guys dont know if ive learned my mistake or not because we are talking through a computer and you cant see or feel my emotions towards being banned. 4. if you look closely you can see ive used my manners. 5. i never said Rinne was the bad gal. 6. i am treating this thing fairly well if i do say so myself. So what if i am more difficult than all the other people. I am who I am and if you dont like it then ill leave. Ill leave forever. Gobally ban me from AEM. It wont make a difference because the only thing i play on there is Skywars. Ive been nothing but be nice to people on AEM. Yeah, i might have said a few things here and there that i shouldnt have and i know it. If you cant see im trying really hard to get unbanned, not just for the sake of it, but because i will not make the same mistake twice, i will treat people how i want to be treated. If i cant get back on Skywars i will lose half of my friends (im not that type of person who can make friends whenever i want). On New Years i promised myself to be nicer to people, learn from my mistakes, treat people how i want to be treated, and way more. I was doing really good until now. After all i was banned because i was trying to get my best friend unbanned and i got a little mad and annoying because i was confused . If you cant see what I'm saying here than i don't know what else to do
Donating does NOT give you, nor any other donor, special rights or exceptions when it comes to the rules of AEM. In addition, the staff of this server donate their free time to handle issues like this, among all of the other issues we have to deal with as well. Please try to keep this in mind. We can "see" and "hear" your tone and attitude in the responses you have given, whether you want to admit it or not. How would your mother react if you spoke to her like you've spoken to @zRinne and @Pip Xanadu ? I have seen nothing in your appeal, not one word or action, that displays any remorse for what you have done, nor have I seen a personal apology to for the way you've treated her (ie: calling her a liar). You have been nothing but defensive and combative throughout this appeal. You should be glad I am not handling this, as I would've denied it already. @Ashley

Because you are constantly and continuously disrespecting a fellow staff member and we don't take kindly to that.
The biggest one I can see was calling Rinne a liar in your ban appeal. Despite what I think, the decision is up to Rinne, so I'll leave this to her now.
