It won't tell me I was /gban and it says "Bll cannot be cast to fv" and before it said for advertising but I never advertised. Also can i request that the people that check this ARE NOT Sica, Jerekul or Scar as they were there at the time and it would be more biased if they answered - 99% chance it would be "Read my name" rejects. Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? 1. I never advertised. I made a statement about how when I was banned on other servers i donated on I got money back. Then Jerekul banned me for Advertising? I never advertised, he gave me a warning before and i never replied, then someone asked me why i got banned so I said "I got banned for "hacking" as in str2 killi" then i got banned. 2. I was really annoyed because i tried to make a 4chan reference and said "stopstalking.gif not knowing i would get kicked for advertising. When i came back my /fly had been disabled and i never knew, i fell back and died. The second I respawned, the clearlag x entities have been cleared came up, and i got annoyed since I lost my bp4 u3 dia leggings, sharp 4 u3 sword and my god pick, plus 38 iron. I also lost some baked potatos worth nothing and then the really annoying bit was 2 zombie spawners i spent 2k on. So i get really annoyed at things like this really easily, a short fuse, like geeves had been saying he had, and asked for it back instead of saying we cant they just said No. i got really annoyed and yes I get that i argued with admins but I mean thats kind of dictator like, if anyone argues with you - ban. not to be offensive there.
You pretty much asked for all survival staff to be restricted from reviewing a survival ban. It doesn't work that way. I'm sorry, but who reviews your ban isn't a choice you get to make nor is the amount of time it takes to review and come to a decision. Besides that, all of us were witnesses to what went on so who better to chime in on it? With that being said: It is considered advertising to even mention another server by name, which you did. Publicly. We take that very seriously because it has the potential to lure valuable players from AEM. It's an instant global ban. Not to mention, being argumentative beforehand with staff who repeatedly asked you to stop what you were doing because you were being disruptive and annoying.
You are very immature and impatient. The world does not revolve around you. I was going to just temp ban you because you wouldn't stop arguing with us and causing a disruption. However, then you started talking about how you can charge back when you're banned and how you got your money back on those servers, etc. and that was the final straw. We always globally ban when there is anything that falls under the category of what is considered for our purposes, advertising. You are not the least bit apologetic and are presumptuous to think we'd "hurry up" so you can join one of our events. Appeal denied.
