I did not really steal blocks there were 4 diamond blocks on the ground like entities that could despawn like someone threw them out of their inventory so I picked them up I can go throw them on the ground were I got them if that will fix it
Still want to try to tell us you found them on the ground? Not only did you grief but now you're trying to lie about it in your appeal. The coordinates you gave in your appeal were not the correct ones listed on your ban either. They are there so that staff can verify the grief, which I did at -4771 110 -3086. If you had been honest we may have accepted your appeal because it was only four blocks but because you blatantly lied, we cannot accept it.
