I believe this is another ban migrated to global when we switched our banning system over. I will ask @aCookieGod @StraightUpThug to look this over. I'm going to move the ban from global to KitPVP in the meantime.
I will lower this ban from a global to a server specific. If you would like to be unbanned from kitpvp you will need to post another appeal.
