Quoting myself from another post: "The way it generally works is you fill out an application then wait. When staff is needed they go through and look for qualified applicants. Asking about it and harassing staff about it results in a rejection. Just be an outstanding member of the community and participate and you may get nominated when the next position opens up. There is no timeline on when or if you'll be asked to be staff. It's on an as-needed basis."
