Applying for Staff Suggestion: Today, I have a suggestion. Is it possible that the staff team could be tweaked a bit to allow any age to become a Helper? I do think an age limit is a good idea, however there are always certain people who are very mature under the age of 15. I have noticed that there is a decent amount of people under the age of 15 that would love to apply for the AEM Network. If you do not like the idea of letting any age into the staff team, maybe it could be changed to where the Staff Application Administrators make certain exceptions; to at least give those under-age a chance. This is just a suggestion.... please post any feedback you'd like to. Thanks for reviewing my thread by the way!
We have the staff age limits as they are now to protect the server and the players. If a legal issue ever arose it would be unfair to expect a 13 year old to handle it as well as someone with a few more years under their belt. This is not the only reason for the limits. This is also not to say that all younger players couldn't handle themselves in that kind of situation or any other situation, just that AEM has decided the age limit set is best for everyone.
