Advertising Listener Bug

    I was having a pleasant chat with someone and said "cmd.exe" followed by getting kicked. Apparently, I have no warnings left for "advertising." This listener needs to be tweaked, so other people don't use up their warnings for no apparent reason.

    The reason for it is because you can't put letters beside a . If you do it thinks your advertising
