2 guys persistently using other languages in chat, and being rude when warned.

    Time: About 5minutes ago before this thread was made.

    The mentioned players repeatedly used other languages in global chat, and turned tasty when warned.
    They have been warned countless times, even in other days but refused to oblige.
    Thereafter, they started to insult me in /msg

    freedom of speech doesn't apply for rules just saying. especialy one where you can get banned.
