What for? Staff apps? If so, staff are looking for genuine threads/post. And, keep in mind that the bare minimum is 10 posts
Spamming threads or messages just to apply for staff does not look good, just an FYI. We are more interested in players who have been continually active on the forums, not just someone who posts 10 posts just to be able to apply.
yes I am aware that it may not look good, and again i do apologies, but as it comes to forums I have had no need to post any threads within the time i have been playing on this server. But I did wish to apply for a staff position to be able to assist and help anyone i can, again i apologise for the Spamming.
The thing is, staff are usually filled up by people that have been gotten to known, and well, at least semi active on the forums. You can't just do what you want, but you have to fulfill the whole staff job.
Yes I understand what you guys are talking about, But as I said I have had no reason or need to post or comment on anything withing the forums, till now. I have had problems with the forums in the past where I have been unable to connect to the forums as an example when setting up the account I had a problem doing so, but now I am able to View the Forums. I am not doing as just what I Pleased, the threads I have posted I have tried to keep a Reason to the Post. At least I have not posted 10 threads that just has [ . ]. within it. I did not or do not intend anything bad on the Forums. Again i apologies for all the spamming any anything I may have done Wrong within these last Few minutes. I hope you all Understand. Thank you
Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to see any player become active on the forums. So don't apologize, just continue to be active
I actually hope you've read this https://aemservers.net/threads/staff-app-faq.4051/ Not only does it not look good, but it reflects about you. Also the first impression is bad. Replies on thread counts as well, and looking at the general discussion, there are many things you can help replying etc. Staff help players over here as well, what if they see a staff spamming for the sake of it? It's not going to reflect nicely. We are role models. It's not like you're urgent to apply for staff. Start a thread about something you want to discuss, maybe comment your opinion on something, a player doesn't know how to play, comment and teach them. < I would rather these than spams just for the sake of applying. It saddens me.
I agree with zRinne it is not something you just get you have to earn it and work hard for it. You have to show that you are willing enough to be accepted not just for the rank or the power but to be willing to help others in need for the good not to show off. Their is a saying that if you work hard enough you can do whatever you want in the world but if you cheat your way their will always be guilt and karma following right behind you. Overall it shows that you just want to become staff and have power. Also you don't have to be staff to go around help people you can help people by just in general if they need something like building a house you can help them build. Sometimes you help people out of the kindness of your heart. At the end of the day you know that you helped someone and you feel great about it and be proud about that.
