1.8 Iron Farms

    So with the upcoming 1.8 update, I have heard that iron farms have been
    become "nerfed". Is this true? and what will happen to skyblock from then
    on without the use of these farms?

    the main difference in 1.8 is you have to kill them yourself instead of lava killing them. i also heard this was changed back from to many people winging but if it dose go threw grab a bunch of loot 3 swords and hack away.

    IIRC, Notch un-nerf'd them because a crapload of people complained. (thanks, crapload of people!)

    Twisted they changed it back they drop ingots now and you dont have to kill them. If they die in lava they still drop iron

    Iron farms are still consistent as to previous updates. Don't worry, that crapload of people complained about gold farms too ;DUn-Nerfed FTW
