I'm talking about it on Gluupor's wall when the next day I notice that the posts I made were missing! Redneck pie had the nerve to delete my posts about his wrong doing in an effort to bury it, but I'm prepared to expose him to the end. And as a bonus, here's him acting completely unprofessional and immature especially as a staff member. There better be action taken by the higher ups to end such blatant abuse.
This is being dealt with, I can assure you that. However, the approach taking on your part isn't really going to help make anything better.
I pointed out on discord that Redneck has broken the rules and he has also deleted that post so he is trying to keep this image of a good guy when he uses his power to get what he wants with no consequences.
Like i said, it's being dealt with. There's no reason to incite anymore drama in regards to these issues.
The approach I'm taking? I'm doing all the things required to report such a thing, I created a post on here and posted links to screenshots in my appeal. I'm just covering every base as I assumed Redneckpie would pull something like this, as with the rejecting of my appeal almost as soon as I posted it. And sure enough, he did. I'm not trying to go all "arghh power abuse censorship!! fuck the police!" on you, but I'd like to know how it's being dealt with as well, as from my conversations with others members of the server it's come to my attention this isn't a one time thing and has been going on for a long time. Why is this player allowed on the staff, much more, as such a high ranking staff member?
It's really hard to read your posts with the way everything is all mashed together, but from what i am gathering; You want me to demote Redneckpie and then what? I've given him a stern talking to, i am continuing to work with him and resolve any conflicts he may have with other players. We all have bad days, sometimes we don't handle them the way we're supposed to and people get caught in the cross fire. Unfortunately red has had a lot of his bad days on AEM while trying to provide to AEM as he is a staff member, he's not a terrible person like you're trying to say and yes i will admit on his behalf, he's done some things very wrongly. He's allowed to be staff because he does a lot of things for me behind the scenes, unfortunately as i said a lot of his bad days have happened to make their way here.
Holy bleep this read just like what the chief of a police department would say when one of his officers was caught engaging in brutalizing a citizen or abusing his power. A "stern talking to"? I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job Sway, but at what point does a talking to turn into an action? Because as I said there have been multiple incidents with this player and it's scary how nothing is done about it.
Unfortunately you can't tell me how to do my job and if you don't like how i choose to handle situations like this, you are very much welcome to leave this community because you have nothing but pure negativity to contribute. I don't care if you have donated hundreds of dollars to AEM, that doesn't make you any more important than a normal player, I am trying to work with you and you're clearly incapable of doing so.
At what point did exposing someone's wrongdoing=spouting negativity? It's a negative situation, I don't want to have to go through all these hoops to get something done but that's the situation we're in right now. And for the part about me not being any more important than a normal player, that's probably something you should drill into Red's head. He would tell me countless times how he's higher than any staff member and nobody could touch him. At the time I scoffed but now I see that it may be true. But whatever okay, I trust that you're doing something about this, and I appreciate the work you're putting into this. I hope to see a change, Thank you.
