well.... first off i don't think he was implying that they are stupid, also i think he was joking as it is kinda a "saying" but some people may take it in a different way. Also where you selling something and was it expensive because he said "**** you crazy" and then he said "fine $100"
Even as a saying I think that word is beyond unacceptable. It really is a window into the past that shows how bad our country was. For certain people this term could be against their beliefs and highly offend them. And once again, it's not acceptable even if he was joking.
