Guys the bottom line is factions is dead and something needs to be done "cough cough" reset and put EFFORT into it
Also, staff members worked their ass off for us to have a reset like Bloody (who spent allot of his time on factions). He made recommendations after we reset but Alex didn't LISTEN or DENIED the recommendations. If I were new to AEM and went to the shop too see the prices I would have immediately left. Bloody was trying to fix that but Alex didn't want it too be fixed. If AEM were ever too be fixed it would take allot of time too make it even DECENT. Alex would never spend more than 5 hours working on it a week. And if he blames that shit on him not having "Internet" that's bull shit. That's why the server has "Staff" members. The only staff members you didn't make quit were Bloody and fats. But fats didn't know how to install a plug in and Alex thought all of Bloody s ideas were shit.
I paid 75$ s0 I always have wanted AEM to "come back" BUT its quite clear staff will do NOTHING to help the server. So why should anyone else try to help it when its rotten to the core.

You want to help? encourage higher staff to get more staff on factions, staff members that the players like and will respect... Most people look at current faction staff as the enemy and that isn't helping player numbers. Reset the map and take your time this time to make it how it should of been done last time. things that need to be changed- SMALLER MAP! 20k is far too big -.- More simple spawn? for some reason the current spawn is too laggy! A better shop lay out! and better shop prices which give an incentive for players to stay online and grind for money and not scraps...! Advertise AEMFactions? Try get a youtuber amongst it!? I have a lot of ideas but here are a few
I agree with you on most of those things. Unfortunately due to Alex moving again, he is unable to do a reset until he gets everything sorted in his IRL life. Finding people who have the right mindset is a priority for finding staff. From what I've seen is that, Evan is trying his best and is just enforcing the rules and does what he is told to do. So for that I respect his choices. He's a great staff member. But finding people like that who are always helping, never rude to staff, and actually stepping up, is a much harder task as of recent. I do respect your post and will try my best to communicate properly with the staff team, and for Alex's return. I do thank you for your time on helping AEM during it's dark time. But I know for a fact, It won't be this lonely especially with the summer months rolling by.
A bunch of baloney if u ask me, You don't need alex for half the problems factions has. All he is needed for is a map reset and new plugins. Admins could do the rest. When I ask Evan for help he always pretends to be afk and ignores me. Thats why factions needs more staff, ones that care about all players and are equal. It's impossible to raid with 40k world border, impossible to get money with shop prices, and impossible to get any decent assistance from staff when you are in need of help. And on top of all that, some of the most active and helpful players have been banned by staff for idiotic reasons. It makes a hostile environment for any new player who joins. That is why on a good night it gets around 10 people. There is a complete disconnect between Factions players and the AEM staff team. All the active staff members are gone now and so the staff that are left are not capable of doing the job.

They are trying, most of them anyway, we just don't have as much power as you think. We... sorry they, keep order, that is basically it. But I do agree, we need more active staff who support and care about aem, who are allowed to do more to help. Having fun is good, it's necessary, but there is more to it than that. Much more.
Lol, admins can't reset or put in new plugins. They don't have access to console so that wouldn't work
