FOR THE LOVE OF AEM

Frankly, I'm EXTREMELY disappointed.

Guys, I can't help but feel AEM is slowly going down, which is ALL, and i mean ALL because of players. So many types of bans because of advertising, not to mention breaking server rules. This thread is dedicated to saving AEM and to tell all you guys about important stuff. And if there is ANY drama caused by this thread, it will be locked ASAP.

1. Disrespectful Players. This is, sadly, a main cause of players getting banned. Now let me ask you guys this. Would you like it if you were disrespected? NO! If you say yes then that's your problem. All players are human just like you. They have feelings like you. They feel hurt just like you. If you guys didn't know, 20% of cyber bullying victims consider suicide, and 54% of those people really DO commit suicide. Words hurt, so THINK about what you say and how it affects others.

2. Slander. Although that website spreading lies about Alex has been blocked by CloudFlare(Thanks CloudFlare), NOTHING on the internet can ever be permanently deleted. Now answer me this. Someone sets you up and lets the would know. How would you feel? Horrible. The guys who set up the website were enraged players who got banned for various reasons and wanted revenge. Don't believe their shit. AEM should be a fun and enjoyable game server, not a social media website where you post slander. If you guys have no idea what slander is, it is spreading lies and rumours about someone. DEFINITELY not a nice experience.

3. Unfriendliness. When I first joined AEM, it was full of fun, cheerful and bubbly players. And now? I feel you guys are treating me like a pile of dirt, despite me being nice and friendly. Those in survival know what I'm talking about. I build houses for needy players, give them stuff, all for free and from my own pocket, ALL of my own accord. For those saying I kiss staffs' feet, THEY WERE'NT ON WHEN I GIVE THE STUFF!!!!!!!!!! @Diamonds1358 , you have only seen me once or twice in the WHOLE of AEM. I don't suck up to staff, I just know and understand how they feel about being unappreciated, and they are friends with me for that. You think I'm some lapdog? I have PERSONAL EXPERIENCE of this, so don't you dare say I kiss staffs' feet.

4. Griefing. People put time and effort into their builds, and within minutes some jerk can tear it down. Seriously, is it THAT hard to find wood? Is it THAT hard to spend a little money and buy the stuff you need? My god. Griefing is for factions. Not skygrid, skyblock, creative and worst of all... SURVIVAL. Almost every day, a person is banned for griefing on survival. I don't see how you guys take pleasure in destroying a nice building, unless you are sadistic.

You guys are probably thinking. Shredder what the hell business is it of yours anyway? Well its All my business. I'm sick and tired of rule breakers and I have PERSONAL EXPERIENCE in number 1, 2 and 3. Both in Minecraft and in REAL LIFE. And if you guys have all read this thread up to this point, you probably feel that this is extreme negativity and that I'm criticizing AEM.

AEM will never go down without a fight. We, as players of AEM, love the server and would love to see it running and repopulating. So, WILL YOU JOIN ME IN HELPING RESURRECT AEM????????????? I hope the answer is yes.

The Resurrection Plan

1. Server Visuality. Everyone just vote like mad to make sure the server stays at the top of the Minecraft server lists so more people will see it. Tell your friends and relatives about AEM. I believe if we all work together we can achieve more players on AEM.

2. HEAVY Enforcement of anti-disrespect and friendliness. Friendliness attracts new players. Hostility drives them away. Be kind, be understanding and be respectful. Put yourself in others' shoes. Report all forms of disrespect and advertising ASAP. Chat with players, its multiplayer for a reason. This is such a small thing to do, yet leaves such a great impact on AEM.

3. RESPECT STAFF. Don't go saying I'm sucking up to them. But if you try doing their job, its harder than it looks. A LOT harder. They are the most helpful ones on the server, banning unruly players, repairing grief, stopping arguments and so on. YET they receive not even the smallest bit of appreciation. On the contrary, people hate them for that they are doing because they assume they are always right. Think about how they feel. Helping players and getting hatred in return. Reminds me of my life in reality and on AEM. I don't even know if I'm kinda like them, getting treated like crap. This is not suck up, its standing up for the injustice they (and me) have been served. C'mon guys. THEY ARE HUMAN JUST LIKE US.

I could ramble on and on and on about this, but I think this is enough to send a message to all you guys. I believe you guys are not idiots. I believe you guys have feelings. I believe we can save AEM together. But if everyone votes no on the poll, then well, I QUIT.
