I had a town with 56 plots of land, not sure how much they're worth, looks like $30 each from what others are saying. Obviously $4000 for initial base. 1 outpost $400. I had about $4000 in the bank, but I kept putting an additional few thousand when I would get on each day and it would disappear the next, so I want to say an additional $4000 for that. Brings us to a total of $14,080 Thanks!
I have lost over 4k in the bank and my town of Soverign is no more. I don't know it anyone else from the town knows yet and there has been griefs recently as well
I just managed to log via minechat but Redgate is no more. I hope I can get 18.760 refund (8.5k wipe + 4k town creation fee + 500 outpost + 192*30=5.760 for plots) I ask friend to collect all the valuables but I'm sure some rollback after griefers will be needed. I lost an town and outpost with approximately $1000-1500. The name of the town is (Sakartvelo) and I would appreciate it if everything would turn back to what it originally was. Taken care of
I have probably invested 10k in my town not including the 4k to start it, my town was deleted and it had like 20 plots and maybe 4 outposts. Hope I get most back when this is all fixed ._. I just checked, i think I have 23 plots.. and my bank was atleast 5k and I had 3 outposts and then the 4k to start it
The town Genesis was lost due to the towny bank glitch - Genesis had $5000 something in the bank when it first got wiped (town members saved it by depositing money) when the town fell to ruin it had another $1000 something in the bank I just went and counted plots I count 109 Then the $4000 it took to make the town in the first place So lets say $6000 town bank $3270 plots $4000 start up Genesis lost approx. $13270.00 Thank you ~Rigga~
I had put 20k in my town bank yesterday, and now it has 36 dollars. I was just informed that I should only put the tax amount a day, but it was already too late. Staff: I really would appreciate it if you refunded the 20k. Thank ya. Town will be shutdown soon. @zRinne Please help x3
Could the staff be a little more aggressive about solving this issue? I've been to a few other towny servers and it didn't seem like they were experiencing the same glitch. It's been almost a month and I'm losing interest in this server. I understand you're not in charge of the plugin, but figure out who is and bug them until they fix it (no pun intended). It's extremely frustrating having invested time, energy, and real money into this server (2 supporters worth), and it seems as though no one is doing anything. @zRinne not you, sweetie, you're awesome.
@Caramelie I really hope this gets fixed soon I'm constantly checking my town balance every few hours. Right now it's been 2 days straight that some town has not lose any balance at all. Holding onto this hope. Also sorry for all the losses stated from everyone, it must be really sad to see the towns go down. Hopefully this will resolve soon and we can all be at ease.
Dermerk's taking a break from Minecraft, so I'm best point of contact. I was the assistant at Dublin. Town had about 4k in bank, no outposts, about 60 chunks. Dermerk put in 2k again after he heard claim that issue was fixed. Lost that as well. Total would be over 6k because of plots. So let's put it this way: 4000 initial startup 60*30(per plot)-1800 2000 to save town Total would be 7800. Just want to put this up before the towny issue is fixed. Thanks for all the efforts staff!
Yeah, the town balance thing on Survival is glitched right now due to 1.8. It is really frustrating, but I have a feeling this will be fixed pretty soon. o_O
