I really hate it when I time out and I go back into AEM and I crash. Usually people get a drink or something and they get AFK kicked. The only problem is is that they get "ushered" into AEM's main lobby, thus causing lag. Then the people stack, making it a problem. Sometimes its so bad that i get off a server to go to another one and then I ultimately crash. I think it would be a good idea to kick people out of AEM if they are AFK for 15 minutes.
Most AEM Servers/Games have a 10-15 minute afk kick. And this might not happen to all people, could just be a problem with your computer or something. Events like this are slightly rare to me.
*play the video if you wish* Imagine this if you will; every player goes AFK one day for a week vacation time and forgets to sign off, they are left on, slowly more and more people do this, and it starts filling up every server slot possible. You then wish to play on a server and it's FULL of AFK players who aren't playing at all. You then get upset at this fact and leave AEM for good due to it not having an AFK kicker.
What I meant is that people get kicked from their respectable server (may it be Factions, KitPvP, whatever) they get kicked to their server list, so they dont clump up like little lice in hair, into the lobby. Cause having multiple players in one area causes lag. I dont know if its my computer, but 50% of the time i crash.
If you are running mods your minecraft will crash a lot, and some connection requires constant data being transferred between the host and you or you will disconnect. If you go afk your data will eventually stop sending and no data will be transferred therefore you get kicked.
i agree with this, that exactly happened to me when i use mod, i get crashed so much, this why i dont use mod when i go afk.
I usually do AFK for like 5 minutes if im going to be longer I just log out and on skygrid they are kicked if they are AFK for more then 30 minutes its, I would like to have that changed to 10 minutes, too many people AFKing at iron farms.
15 minutes seems as a reasonable time to go afk, I don't see any other complaints unless you are afking at a spawner or you most likely crash as a use of modifications to minecraft.
