    I really think Scar deserves his position as manger once again, Scar definitely had a great effect on Aem and its community. I personally would like to see Scar as staff again and it seems like many other do aswell.

    Interesting, doesn't look like AEM need staff members right now at all really, however never say never.

    They have enough staff members it's just that a very very small amount are actually active on the server. A refresh is what is needed, some staff members need to be demoted because some just aren't playing which isn't good enough for someone who wants to staff a server.

    I guess it's the matter of dedication, having more staff wouldn't hurt.
    It's also a good choice to get them in different timezones as that has been an issue for as far as I can remember.
    So why not, go scar!

    Yeah the thing is at the moment there are a lot of staff members who just don't play or have an effect at all, so why should they still be staff? Just doesn't make sense to me as there are people such as Scar who would love to staff this server and would be dedicated to doing so.

    I understand where you're coming from.
    Perhaps they're having trouble recruiting so they gotta make do with whatever powers they can although it's not my place to assume as I can't enter the server due to ping issues.
    I do hope to see AEM rise up again, really love the memories made here.

    I reapplied as manager so i can deal with staff. I'm not trying to do this to "be a staff member". Even though that's probably what it seems like, i'm trying to come back to staff coordinate. Which means keep the good and get rid of the bad. Seems like there is an issue floating around with that, what ever people want is what they will get. If i don't get it then ok what ever if i get it then cool, i'm trying to help i'm not pushing for anything.
