To run a traceroute on Windows, press the Windows key + R, and copy/paste this in: tracert play.aemservers.net > %userprofile%\Documents\traceroute.txt Then wait for a few minutes for it to finish. The command window that opens will not say anything, but will automatically close when it finishes. Afterwards, a traceroute.txt file will be in your documents folder, which contains the results to send me.
Are you sure that you ran the full command? I've pasted it again below. Give it a try again and see if it generates the traceroute.txt file in your documents folder this time. tracert play.aemservers.net > %userprofile%\Documents\traceroute.txt
Hi CoffeeOX, I see you were online about 7 hours ago. Are you still having connecting issues? If so, try opening a command prompt and running just "tracert play.aemservers.net" instead and PM me a screenshot of the full output.
Hey, It's rather odd that your traceroute isn't getting far at all. I would definitely recommend doing a scan with Malwarebytes and any virus scanner you have installed. Are you able to test from another computer on the same network? If so, does it have the same issues?
